In case of non-acceptance of the changes made to the Privacy Policy, the Data Subject must cease using this Application and may request the Controller to delete their Personal Data. <\/span><\/p><\/div><ol><li><h4><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Categories of Personal Data Processed<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The Controller processes the following types of Personal Data voluntarily provided by the Data Subject:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Contact data<\/strong>: name, surname, address, email, telephone, images, authentication credentials, any additional information submitted by the Data Subject, etc.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The Controller processes the following types of Personal Data collected automatically:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Technical data<\/strong>: Personal Data generated by devices, applications, tools and protocols used, such as, for example, information about the device used, IP addresses, browser type, type of Internet provider (ISP). Such Personal Data may leave traces that, particularly if combined with unique identifiers and other information received from servers, can be used to create profiles of natural persons. <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Browsing and usage data of the Application<\/strong>: such as, for example, pages visited, number of clicks, actions performed, session duration, etc.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Failure to provide Personal Data for which there is a legal, contractual, or necessary requirement for the conclusion of a contract with the Controller will make it impossible for the Controller to establish or continue the relationship with the Data Subject.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The Data Subject who communicates Personal Data of third parties to the Controller is directly and solely responsible for their origin, collection, processing, communication or dissemination.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><h4><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Cookies and Similar Technologies<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The Application uses cookies, web beacons, unique identifiers and other similar technologies to collect Personal Data from the Data Subject on the pages, links visited, and other actions taken while using the Application. The Data Subject may opt-out by visiting the <a style=\"color: #ffffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/optout.networkadvertising.org\/?c=1\">Network Advertising Initiative page<\/a> <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Marketing purposes for the Controller\u2019s products and\/or services<\/strong>: to send information or promotional materials, conduct direct sales activities of the Controller\u2019s products and\/or services or conduct market research using automated and traditional means<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Based on the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest, the Application allows interaction with external platforms or social networks whose processing of Personal Data is governed by their respective privacy policies, which the user is invited to refer to. Interactions and information acquired by this Application are in any case subject to the privacy settings selected by the Data Subject on those platforms or social networks. This information \u2013 in the absence of specific consent for further purposes \u2013 is used solely to allow use of the Application and provide the requested information and services.  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The Data Subject&#8217;s Personal Data may also be used by the Controller for legal defence before competent judicial authorities.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><h4><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Methods of Processing and Recipients of Personal Data<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The processing of Personal Data is carried out using paper and IT tools with organisational methods and logic strictly related to the stated purposes and through the adoption of appropriate security measures.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Personal Data is processed exclusively by:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">persons authorised by the Controller who are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality;<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">entities operating as autonomous controllers or designated as data processors by the Controller to carry out all necessary processing activities for the purposes described in this policy (e.g., business partners, consultants, IT companies, service providers, hosting providers);<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">parties or entities to whom the Personal Data must be communicated by law or by order of the authorities.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The above entities are required to use appropriate safeguards to protect Personal Data and may only access it to the extent necessary to perform their assigned tasks.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Personal Data will not be disseminated indiscriminately in any way.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><h4><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Location<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Personal Data will not be transferred outside the territory of the European Economic Area (EEA).<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><h4><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Retention Period of Personal Data<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Personal Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, specifically:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">For purposes related to the execution of the contract between the Controller and the Data Subject, it will be retained for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and, after its termination, for the ordinary limitation period of 10 years. In case of legal dispute, for the entire duration thereof, until the expiry of the deadlines for lodging appeals <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">For purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Controller, until such interest has been fulfilled<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">For compliance with legal obligations or orders of authorities, and for legal defence, for the duration prescribed by such obligations, laws, and in any case until the limitation period provided by applicable legislation<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">For purposes based on the consent of the Data Subject, until the consent is withdrawn<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">At the end of the retention period, all Personal Data will be deleted or stored in a form that does not allow the identification of the Data Subject.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><h4><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Rights of the Data Subject<\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">The Data Subject may exercise certain rights regarding the Personal Data processed by the Controller.
